QSMS1801 PLEASE  inspect all packages/shipments for damage. If it arrives damaged, have the delivery driver note damage on the receipt. If it is severely damaged, REJECT the shipment.
If you accept the shipment visibly damaged, we may noy be able to file a claim against the delivery company, unless the damage is noted

If outside damage is not visible, but is discovered after opening, WE HAVE 5 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY TO FILE A CLAIM
