have up to 30 days from the purchase date to return the HVAC unit for a
refund. To qualify for a full refund, the sale must be canceled before
the merchandise is shipped. Returns are accepted for merchandise in
original condition and uninstalled, subject to the following conditions: Obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number:
To
initiate a return, please obtain an RMA number. All products must reach
our warehouse, regardless of the RMA issuance date. Please allow
sufficient transit time for the return to reach us. Condition of Returned Merchandise:
Returned
products must be in new condition, unopened, unused, and in the
original packaging, including pallets, shrink wrapping, and all packing
materials. The merchandise must be securely palletized, shrink-wrapped,
strapped, and secured to the pallet for return shipping. Responsibility for Shipping Costs:
Customers
are responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs
associated with returning the merchandise to our warehouse. Original
shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded

All units must be installed by an HVAC technician as per our warranty policy. Labor costs or incorrect installations are not covered under our warranty. Refunds are issued for unopened or opened box items in exact original condition, provided the product was never installed. Merchandise
received in opened boxes or not in exact original condition may be
subject to refurbishment charges, with a restocking fee of up to 30% off
